MembershipThe Colin Bell Club welcomes new applications for membership. You do not have to be a past student or parent of MGS to be a member of the Colin Bell Club Inc. Our membership is open to the wider rugby community. There are currently 2 categories of membership to the Colin Bell Club: 1. General Membership General Membership available upon completion of a membership form and payment of a joining fee of $50.00, which includes the first 12 months of membership. Thereafter, membership is renewable on payment of an annual subscription of $15.00, or the discounted rate of $50.00 for 5 years. Simply download the Application for General Membership Form here, complete the details and post to the address at the bottom of the form together with your cheque or money order for $50.00 payable to the Colin Bell Club Inc.
2. School Leavers Membership Former MGS students who apply for membership by the 31st of May in the year immediately following their final year at the School are able to join for a “one-off” joining fee of $50.00 which provides for ongoing membership of the Colin Bell Club without the need for renewal or the payment of annual subscriptions. Simply download the Application for School Leaver Membership Form here, complete the details and post to the address at the bottom of the form together with your cheque or money order for $50.00 payable to the Colin Bell Club Inc.
In each instance, an applicant for membership will require a “proposer” and “seconder”. If you need assistance sourcing a “proposer” and “seconder” for membership, please contact the club and we will assist you in that regard. Members’ Merchandise The Colin Bell Cub also has members’ ties and scarfs for sale. A tie or scarf can be purchased at the time of application for membership at the discounted price of $10.00 per item. Our tie and scarf, shown below can otherwise be purchased anytime for $25.00 per item. If you would like to purchase a tie or scarf, please email club president Jonathan Ramsden to place your order.
